Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days after payment is successfully received.

During holidays, sales, unusually high order volume, or other circumstances, processing may take longer.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the delay.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

International Orders

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by Mary Crawley China Replacements and may be collected by the carrier or applicable government authority.
