Our merchandise consists of vintage or discontinued pieces so each item may be unique. We make every effort to accurately describe, photograph, package and safely ship eachorder.
1. Product Information & Condition Policy
Product Descriptions
We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, manufacturer information, pattern identification, and condition information.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review the entire product listing, including photographs and measurements, before placing an order.
Many of our products are vintage, discontinued, collectible, or previously owned. These items may show normal signs of age and use.
Depending on the item, this may include:

Photographs

Pattern names, manufacturers, dates, backstamps, and other identification information are provided based on available markings, research, reference materials, and our best judgment.
Customers should use the photographs, measurements, markings, and written description to confirm that the item matches their needs before purchasing.

2. Pricing and Product Availability
Prices are based on factors including condition, rarity, availability, market demand, and comparable replacement or collectible values.
Prices and inventory may change without notice.
If we discover that an item is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or product-description errors.
3. Ordering Policy
Orders are processed through our Shopify online store.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, email, and contact information at checkout.
An order confirmation indicates that we have received the order; it does not necessarily guarantee that the item has been shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel an order when necessary, including situations involving:

Payment information is processed through Shopify and/or the applicable payment provider. Mary Crawley China Replacements does not intentionally retain customers' complete payment-card information.
5. Damaged-in-Transit Policy
Because our items are fragile, we take reasonable care to package orders securely.
Customers should inspect their shipment promptly upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

Photographs of the shipping box

Photographs of the interior packaging and protective materials
Please retain the damaged item and all original packaging until we have completed our review and, when applicable, any carrier claim.
Depending on the circumstances and availability of the item, the resolution may include:

Another mutually agreed resolution
For unique or one-of-a-kind items, an identical replacement may not be available.
6. Exchanges
Because much of our inventory consists of unique or limited-quantity pieces, exchanges are not guaranteed.
If an exchange is requested, please contact us before returning the merchandise.
When an identical replacement is unavailable, the return and refund provisions of this policy will apply where appropriate.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that situation, the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

We are happy to answer reasonable questions about an item before purchase when the requested information is available to us.

Manufacturer and pattern names are used for identification purposes where applicable and do not necessarily indicate that Mary Crawley China Replacements is affiliated with or endorsed by the original manufacturer.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.
