Orders

Below are some of are common questions about orders

How can I place an order?

Browse the collections, add the pieces you want to your cart and check out — every listing is for the exact item shown in the photographs, so what you order is what arrives. If you would rather not order online, email hello@marycrawleychinareplacements.com or call (913) 991-4849 and we will take the order for you.

Are all items authentic?

Yes. Every piece is genuine manufacturer china, checked against its backstamp before it is listed. We do not sell reproductions or unmarked look-alikes, and the maker, pattern and shape are stated on every listing.

What if I can't find the piece I'm looking for?

Send us the manufacturer, pattern name and shape and we will add you to our want list. Stock changes weekly, and when a match comes in you will be the first to hear about it.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed and dispatched within one to two business days. Standard delivery within the United States then takes a further three to five business days; expedited delivery takes one to two. International orders normally arrive within 2–4 weeks of shipping, as customs processing can add time.

How are items packaged for shipping?

Every piece is wrapped by hand, individually, then suspended in a double-walled carton with enough fill that nothing touches a wall or another piece. Handles, spouts, finials and gilded rims are given extra protection, and cups and stemware travel in their own compartments. If damage does occur in transit, claims are settled immediately.

What is your return policy?

Email hello@marycrawleychinareplacements.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will send return instructions the same working day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives. Return postage is on us where the fault is ours — a piece that does not match its description or photographs, or one that arrives damaged; on a change-of-mind return, return postage is yours.
